The Layer8Culture Content Engine (the “Application”) is a private, self-hosted tool operated by Layer8Culture for scheduling and publishing its own content to connected social media accounts. By using the Application you agree to these Terms.
The Application is provided for Layer8Culture’s own brand use. You agree to use it only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and in compliance with the terms and policies of each connected platform (including Meta/Instagram).
You are responsible for the content you publish through the Application and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to it.
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including failed or delayed publishing.
Use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
