Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 13 June 2026

The Layer8Culture Content Engine (the “Application”) is a self-hosted tool used by Layer8Culture to publish its own content to connected social media accounts. This page explains how to remove the data associated with a connected account.

Remove access yourself

• In the Application: open the connected channel and choose Disconnect / Remove. This deletes the stored access token for that account.
• In Instagram / Meta: go to your account’s “Apps and Websites” settings and remove this application’s access. This revokes the tokens issued to the Application.

Request full deletion

To request deletion of all data associated with your account, email contact@layer8culture.io with the subject “Data Deletion” and the connected account’s username. We will delete the associated profile data, stored access/refresh tokens, and scheduled content for that account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
